Job Summary

We are seeking analytical, highly trustworthy professionals to manage the store's cash office and administrative tasks. As a Store Administrator, you will balance the store's financials daily, manage vendor invoicing, and support the Store Manager with clerical duties. Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Cash Office Management: Count and balance all cash register tills daily, prepare bank deposits, and maintain an accurate safe ledger.
• Financial Reporting: Investigate cash overages and shortages, running detailed discrepancy reports for the Store Manager and Asset Protection.
• Vendor Accounting: Review Direct Store Delivery (DSD) invoices, matching them against receiving logs to ensure the store is billed correctly.
• General Administration: Order store supplies (e.g., receipt paper, uniform nametags, cleaning chemicals) and manage inbound and outbound store mail.
