Job Summary

We are actively seeking observant, stylish, and tech-comfortable individuals to join our Front Store team. As a Self-Checkout Attendant, you will monitor our bank of automated registers, assisting guests with scanning their apparel and removing security tags. You will serve as an active host, delivering the signature convenience that sets Zara apart in the fashion retail industry. This is a highly active role perfect for those who love multitasking in a sleek, modern environment.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Active Hosting: Greet clients as they approach the self-checkout zone, directing them to open kiosks and managing the queue during peak weekend rushes.
• Transaction Assistance: Step in proactively to help guests scan garments, utilize the magnetic detachers to remove hard security tags safely, and provide shopping bags.
• Intervention & Troubleshooting: Respond rapidly to machine alerts, payment errors, or item lookup issues, providing a swift resolution so the client is never frustrated.
• Asset Protection Support: Maintain a vigilant but polite presence, ensuring all items are properly scanned and security tags are removed before the client exits the store.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age upon application.
• No prior fashion retail experience required—we provide extensive POS systems and customer service training.
• Must possess a stylish, outgoing personality and the ability to multitask in a busy, high-end environment.
• Ability to walk and stand continuously within the checkout zone for the duration of the shift.
