Job Summary

We are actively seeking physically strong, fast-moving, and team-oriented individuals to join our Inbound logistics team. As an Inbound Expert, you will be responsible for unloading trailers and sorting freight before the store even opens. You will serve as the logistical backbone, delivering the signature efficiency that sets Target apart in the retail industry. This is a highly physical, often early-morning role perfect for early birds.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Trailer Unloading: Work as a coordinated team to safely and rapidly unload daily freight trailers, moving boxes onto the automated conveyor systems.
• Freight Sorting: Quickly read shipping labels and sort boxes onto specific vehicles (U-boats, flatbeds) designated for different departments across the store.
• Backroom Organization: Keep the stockroom clear of hazards, breaking down massive amounts of cardboard and operating the industrial baler safely.
• Floor Push: Once the truck is unloaded, push the loaded vehicles to the sales floor to assist the General Merchandise team with stocking the shelves.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Extreme physical stamina with the continuous ability to lift, push, and pull 40-50 pounds throughout the shift.
