• Guest Engagement: Connect with every guest, ask if they found everything they were looking for, and promote the benefits of the Target Circle rewards program.
• Lane Maintenance: Keep your designated checkout lane immaculate by wiping down the belt, restocking bags, and organizing impulse-buy candy and magazines.
