Job Summary

We are actively seeking physically strong, energetic, and highly reliable individuals to join our night crew. As an Overnight Stocker, you will be responsible for unloading deliveries and packing out freight while the store is closed to the public. You will serve as the logistical heartbeat of the store, delivering the signature abundance that sets Trader Joe's apart in the grocery industry. This is a highly physical role perfect for night owls, and our overnight shifts pay extra to reward your off-hours dedication.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Freight Pack-Out: Stock heavy boxes of unique grocery items into their correct aisles, utilizing handheld cutters and building structurally sound, abundant displays.
• Product Rotation: Meticulously execute First-In-First-Out (FIFO) stocking methods, ensuring the freshest items are placed at the back of the shelf.
• Store Recovery: Break down massive amounts of cardboard, operate the industrial baler safely, and sweep the aisles to prepare the store for opening.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Captain and Mates (our management team) to prioritize the most critical pallets for early morning readiness.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age upon application.
• No prior logistics or grocery experience required—we will train you completely.
• Must possess overnight availability, a reliable internal clock, and an upbeat attitude.
• Extreme physical stamina with the continuous ability to lift, push, and pull 50+ pounds throughout the shift.
