As a Security Associate, you will conduct floor surveillance, monitor the store entrances, and act as a strong visual deterrent to external theft. Comprehensive Responsibilities
- Visible Deterrence: Conduct continuous, uniformed patrols of the sales floor and entrance areas to deter shoplifting and ensure a safe shopping environment.
- Safety Compliance: Monitor emergency exits, fire extinguishers, and aisles to ensure the store remains compliant with local safety regulations and free of trip hazards.
- Incident Support: Assist store management in documenting security incidents, maintaining accurate logs, and writing detailed, objective incident reports when necessary.
