Job Summary

We are actively seeking physically strong, incredibly careful, and team-oriented individuals to join our night crew. As an Overnight Stocker, you will be responsible for unloading trailers and packing out fragile home decor and heavy furniture. You will serve as the logistical backbone, delivering the signature visual abundance that sets HomeGoods apart in the home retail industry. This is a highly physical role perfect for night owls, offering premium pay to reward your dedication.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Fragile Unpacking: Carefully unbox ceramics, glass decor, and mirrors, removing excessive packing materials and inspecting for any transit damage before placing on the floor.
• Furniture Placement: Work as a coordinated team of two to safely lift and maneuver heavy accent furniture, rugs, and shelving units onto the sales floor.
• Visual Merchandising: Follow basic color-blocking and sizing guidelines to arrange decorative pillows, throws, and kitchenware attractively on the shelves.
• Store Recovery: Break down massive amounts of styrofoam and cardboard, operating the industrial baler safely and leaving the aisles completely clear for morning shoppers.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age upon application (due to industrial equipment operation).
• No prior logistics or retail experience required—we will train you on safe handling completely.
• Must possess overnight availability, a reliable internal clock, and an incredibly careful attention to detail to prevent breakage.
• Extreme physical stamina with the continuous ability to lift, push, and pull 50+ pounds throughout the night shift.
